About Team Operations Head
We’re looking for a Team operations Head to manage day-to-day operations like accessing the application assessment, ensuring the student assessment is completed on time and fees requirements are managed accordingly. In case you find any discrepancies in any task or maybe notice an issue in the prevailing system, it is your task to report it to the director.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring the team tasks are completed just in time.
- If any issue prevails, report directly to the director.
- Managing the respective team members, ensuring tasks are completed smoothly.
- Preparing daily reports, recording the feedback of the team members.
Qualification Required
- 2+years of experience in the education field (is a plus)
- Candidates must acquire a graduation degree in any discipline, however a degree in a preferable industry is a bonus.
- Good with numbers and planning
- Problem solving aptitude
- Analytical mind, great with making decisions.
- Feasible for the candidate to coordinate and work effectively with a team.
- Strong command on communication skills
